Shipping Policy

Processing time for your order is 2-3 business days prior to shipping your order out. Processing ONLY occurs Monday-Friday (If your order is placed on a Friday your order will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday).

We only offer one Domestic flat rate standard shipping which is 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.

All orders are being delivered through USPS, therefore delivery days are only Monday-Friday.

All Local Pickup orders will still have a processing time of 2-3 business days in addition to 4-5 business days for us to receive your order. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS, EXCHANGES ONLY IF WE, THE LACY COLLECTION MADE THE MISTAKE.

All exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date your package was delivered.
